Diana N. Borsack, MA., LMFT. Founder & Clinical Director
At Insight Children & Family Therapy Center, my mission is clear and bold: to create a space where healing is possible, growth is nurtured, and authenticity is celebrated. With the right support, I believe children and families do more than survive, they thrive, building resilience, confidence, and a deep sense of self-worth.
For more than a decade, I have served in schools, community programs, corrections, and private practice, walking alongside children and adolescents through some of life’s most difficult challenges. My passion is helping young people heal from trauma and guiding families as they rediscover strength, connection, and hope.
This work is not only about clients, it is also about the clinicians who serve them. I have cultivated a team of well versed, highly educated, and deeply compassionate clinicians who bring authenticity, expertise, and dedication to every session. Each therapist is passionate about working with specific populations and areas of specialization, allowing us to provide tailored, high quality care. At our center, we embrace growth, connection, and excellence, united by a shared commitment to helping children and families reach their fullest potential.
To advance the field, I continue to invest in training in trauma care, evidence based practices, family systems, and ethics. Raising the standard of care does not simply change therapy, it transforms lives. And when children, parents, and families rise, our entire community rises with them.

Sydney Stockton, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist/Supervisor, MA, LMFT
Works with: Couples, Individual, Parenting & Family
It can be hard to be a good parent and spouse, to meet the expectations of friends, colleagues, and family, all while trying to meet our own needs. No wonder we find ourselves lost, unfulfilled and disconnected. I provide couples and individuals the support and consistency necessary to thrive in recognizing their strengths, build confidence in who they are, and develop tools and increased awareness to create lasting growth.
Through my training and education, I strongly believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in facilitating change.
I have a passion for working with couples, parents, young adults, and adolescents. I've worked with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, self-empowerment, relationship/family concerns, divorce, blended families, parenting/co-parenting, and other mental health issues.
My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment to assist you in creating change to live a quality life. I bring not only knowledge but compassion and heart to my work.

Sarah Wright, Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist/Supervisor, MA, LCSW
Works with: Children, Adolescent, Young Adults, Parenting & Family
We all have been a child once and know the impact those small (and big) experiences have on the person we grow into, which is a lot of pressure and stress for parents. I love to work with children and families to support with decreasing this stress and increasing positive loving moments between you and your child. Children and parents both need love, boundaries, and to feel confident and competent, but how can that happen in the busy and chaotic world we live in?
I want to help you and your child feel these things and get each of your needs met as well as heal from traumas and ruptured attachments.
As a child and family therapist, I utilize a holistic and individualized treatment that uses TF-CBT, PCIT, CPP, art therapy, play therapy, CBT, and mindfulness. I have worked with all ages, specializing in 0-5 and young adults, and have worked with survivors of incest, trauma, sexual abuse, and racial trauma, as well as those with co-occurring disorders.I understand that often the world feels unsafe and we are given evidence that reinforces that; I too have been there and know the hardships that come with admitting to needing support and facing the anxiety, depression, and traumas that lie within. I am here to provide a safe space without judgment; only with care and support in you reaching your goals.

Viviana Santiago, Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist/Mentor, MA., LCSW
Works with: Children, Adolescents, and Family
As a Bilingual therapist (English-Spanish) who takes pride in working with clients of diverse backgrounds. I have a passion for helping children deal with big emotions. My approach to working with children is based on the understanding that play is a window into the child’s mind. A child’s behavior is telling a story of what is going on inside. Many times, when our kids are reaching out for connection, they will behave in ways that create the opposite response.
Because children’s verbal skills are not fully developed, they use play as a means of communication. Teenagers are at a crucial age where they long for belonging but have not yet formed a solid identity. By developing a strong therapeutic relationship with my adolescent clients & utilizing cognitive-behavioral, as well as solution-focused techniques, my goal is to help your adolescent thrive during difficult times.
Asking for help and guidance can leave you feeling vulnerable as a parent, but you are not alone. You have already taken the first step by searching for guidance. I am happy to join your journey in understanding your child’s behaviors and helping them discover their full potential in life.

I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I am passionate about supporting families in realizing their full potential for love, growth, and peaceful relationships.
I have experience working with individuals dealing with presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief & loss, behavioral difficulties, and trauma. My goal is to provide an accepting, warm, and supportive environment for my clients to feel safe, heard, and valued. When working with children I utilize child-centered play therapy. This approach allows children to process challenges and communicate through their natural language of play. In addition to traditional talk therapy, creative interventions including art and expressive therapies are used to best support teens and young adults. I offer a warm, accepting environment that promotes growth, self-reliance and hope.

I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed therapist with experience supporting young adults in alcohol and drug rehabilitation, as well as children who have experienced trauma. When it is helpful, I also collaborate with parents to strengthen family connections and provide consistent support for children.
In my work, I integrate empathic listening with both creative and evidence-based approaches. I incorporate music, art, and play, alongside therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy. These approaches help clients explore emotions, process trauma, reduce stress and anxiety, and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I understand that navigating life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming. My role is to provide a supportive, therapeutic space where healing and growth can take root. I welcome any questions you may have about how therapy can best support you or your family.

Casie Lopez, MS., LMFT, Supervisor
As a licensed marriage and family therapist and supervisor, the most important thing in therapy is that your child is comfortable, safe, and engaged during therapy. Building a relationship and making sure that your child is comfortable is the best way to true learning and growth and minimizes any stress on your child as much as possible. I also work on the reduction of behaviors that interfere with quality of life, while building replacement skills that increase independence and functioning. My approach is always client-focused. I work with patients on building their self-esteem and problem-solving abilities while empowering them to gain self-awareness on how to navigate their feelings, behaviors, and thoughts.
I have extensive training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). EMDR is a psychotherapy technique that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.
EMDR therapy shows that the mind can in fact heal from psychological trauma much as the body recovers from physical trauma. Using the protocols and procedures learned in EMDR, I help clients activate their natural healing processes.

I have training in EMDR and TF-CBT. I am also certified as an Individual and Group Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Facilitator and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I believe therapy should be a safe place for a client's journey of openly expressing thoughts and feelings to help develop personal insights.

Katie Broedner, MA., Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, AMFT
Works with: Children, Adolescent, Young Adults, Parenting & Family
Each and every one of us is looking for exactly the same thing- we all want to feel safe, loved, understood and empowered. We want this for ourselves, and those of us with children or teens desperately want this for them as well. Choosing to commit to therapy is a brave and exciting decision, and I strive to work side-by-side with my clients to help them become the happiest, most fulfilled version of themselves.
I believe that there is no “one size fits all” approach to counseling, and I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to discover what helps them to best explore their own strengths and needs. I have experience utilizing modalities including but not limited to play therapy, art therapy, client-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, and mindfulness.
I enjoy working with clients of all ages and have experience working with issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, gender & sexual identity exploration, behavioral difficulties, grief, and life transitions. My goal is not to claim absolute knowledge or a complete understanding of your family’s experiences but to work as a team to bring about healing and growth.

Life is full of challenges, but it can also be unexpectedly beautiful. With the right tools, we can navigate through life's difficulties and create something truly extraordinary. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, and I believe it's where we can uncover our true selves.
As a therapist, I utilize a variety of approaches including EMDR, attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as art and play therapy. These methods help my clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their world.
Nothing brings me more joy than witnessing clients of all ages transform into confident, mindful, and connected individuals. While therapy can be a vulnerable and challenging process, I strive to create a lighthearted and sincere atmosphere to foster trust and openness.
I have experienced the transformative power of therapy in my own life, and I am excited to embark on this journey with you to discover the amazing changes it can bring.

Works with: Children, Adolescents, Adults, and Family
Every behavior, body sensation, thought, and emotion has a purpose, no matter how “ugly” or uncomfortable it may feel. Therapy offers a unique space where clients can safely and authentically show up as themselves. It is within this space of freedom and security that true healing can unfold.
As a therapist trained in Somatic Experiencing (SE), Brainspotting (BSP), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I trust the wisdom of the body and understand the vital role of healthy attachment in achieving positive outcomes. Using brain-based approaches like SE and BSP, we can address the physical sensations of anxiety, anger, grief, sadness, and trauma that may linger despite traditional talk therapy, helping the body and mind find deeper resolution. Depending on the needs and age of each client, I also draw from DBT, CBT, play and art therapy, and solution-focused techniques. Every person is unique and deserves an individualized approach tailored to their growth.
The pain of watching your child suffer is heartbreaking. I am here to hold space for them and for you as we walk this healing journey together. Whether you or your child are struggling with OCD, PTSD, anxiety, or depression, you do not have to face it alone.

How do we talk about the hard things? How do we prepare ourselves and future generations for the challenges life will bring? And what does it feel like to be truly supported through every season of life, whether joyful, difficult, or somewhere in between? These are the questions that inspire my work as a therapist.
I have experience working with children, teens, and young adults, and I thoughtfully integrate caregivers into the process when it benefits the client’s growth and well-being. I believe in working together as a team to build the strongest support system possible, tailored to the needs of each client. I also support clients navigating religious or spiritual struggles, identity questions, and other deeply personal challenges that can impact overall well-being.
Life can be hard, but it does not have to be hard alone. I invite you to reach out so you or your loved one can receive the understanding, care, and support you deserve.
