  • Diana N. Borsack, MA., LMFT. Founder & Clinical Director

At Insight Children & Family Therapy Center, my mission is clear and bold: to create a space where healing is possible, growth is nurtured, and authenticity is celebrated. With the right support, I believe children and families do more than survive, they thrive, building resilience, confidence, and a deep sense of self-worth.

For more than a decade, I have served in schools, community programs, corrections, and private practice, walking alongside children and adolescents through some of life’s most difficult challenges. My passion is helping young people heal from trauma and guiding families as they rediscover strength, connection, and hope.

This work is not only about clients, it is also about the clinicians who serve them. I have cultivated a team of well versed, highly educated, and deeply compassionate clinicians who bring authenticity, expertise, and dedication to every session. Each therapist is passionate about working with specific populations and areas of specialization, allowing us to provide tailored, high quality care. At our center, we embrace growth, connection, and excellence, united by a shared commitment to helping children and families reach their fullest potential.

To advance the field, I continue to invest in training in trauma care, evidence based practices, family systems, and ethics. Raising the standard of care does not simply change therapy, it transforms lives. And when children, parents, and families rise, our entire community rises with them.

  • Sydney Stockton, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist/Supervisor, MA, LMFT

Works with: Couples, Individual, Parenting & Family

It can be hard to be a good parent and spouse, to meet the expectations of friends, colleagues, and family, all while trying to meet our own needs. No wonder we find ourselves lost, unfulfilled and disconnected. I provide couples and individuals the support and consistency necessary to thrive in recognizing their strengths, build confidence in who they are, and develop tools and increased awareness to create lasting growth.

Through my training and education, I strongly believe the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in facilitating change.

I have a passion for working with couples, parents, young adults, and adolescents. I've worked with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, self-empowerment, relationship/family concerns, divorce, blended families, parenting/co-parenting, and other mental health issues.

My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment to assist you in creating change to live a quality life. I bring not only knowledge but compassion and heart to my work.

  • Sarah Wright, MA, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Clinical Supervisor | Therapist

Works with: Children, Adolescents, Young Adults, Parents, and Families

As a Clinical Supervisor, I am passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of therapists. I enjoy supporting associate clinicians as they build confidence, strengthen their clinical skills, and grow into compassionate, effective clinicians. Throughout my career, I have worked in foster care, adoption services, county behavioral health programs, and higher levels of care, providing guidance on complex cases while helping ensure children and families receive exceptional, evidence-based treatment. I believe that investing in clinicians creates a lasting impact, allowing us to better serve our community and provide the highest quality care for every child and family.

As a therapist, I believe every adult was once a child, and those early experiences shape who we become. Parenting can be one of life's greatest joys, but it can also bring moments of uncertainty, stress, and overwhelm. My passion is helping children, adolescents, young adults, and families strengthen relationships, heal from trauma, and create more meaningful connections. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to reach their goals.

My approach to therapy is holistic and individualized, recognizing that every child and family has unique strengths and needs. I utilize Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, art therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. I have specialized experience working with early childhood (ages 0 to 5), adolescents, and young adults, as well as survivors of trauma, sexual abuse, incest, racial trauma, attachment disruptions, foster care, adoption, and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Whether you are seeking support for your child, your family, or yourself, I am honored to walk alongside you through the healing process. Together, we can strengthen relationships, build resilience, foster healthy attachments, and create lasting positive change.

  • Viviana Santiago, MA, LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Supervisor, Therapist

Works with: Children, Adolescents, and Families

As a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Supervisor, and Clinical Director of a Wraparound Services Program, I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care. In my leadership roles, I provide clinical supervision and mentorship to therapists while overseeing high-acuity, complex cases that require collaboration with families, schools, psychiatrists, county agencies, and multidisciplinary treatment teams. These experiences have strengthened my ability to support children and families facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns.

I believe that play is a child's natural language and offers a meaningful window into their emotional world. Children's behaviors often tell a story that words cannot, and what may appear to be challenging behavior is often a child's way of seeking connection, safety, and understanding. I utilize play therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), when appropriate, to help children process trauma, reduce anxiety, strengthen emotional regulation, and build resilience in a safe and developmentally appropriate environment.

Adolescence is a time of tremendous growth, change, and self-discovery. Through a strong therapeutic relationship and the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based interventions, I help teens navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity development while building confidence and healthy coping skills.

As a parent, asking for help can feel overwhelming, but you are not alone. Reaching out is a courageous first step, and I am honored to partner with families throughout the healing process. Together, we will work to better understand your child's unique needs, strengthen family relationships, and empower your child to discover their resilience, confidence, and full potential.

  • Erika Prieto, Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist, MA., LCSW

Works with: Children, Adolescents, Young Adults, and Family

I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families.  I am passionate about supporting families in realizing their full potential for love, growth, and peaceful relationships.

I have experience working with individuals dealing with presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief & loss, behavioral difficulties, and trauma. My goal is to provide an accepting, warm, and supportive environment for my clients to feel safe, heard, and valued. When working with children I utilize child-centered play therapy. This approach allows children to process challenges and communicate through their natural language of play. In addition to traditional talk therapy, creative interventions including art and expressive therapies are used to best support teens and young adults. I offer a warm, accepting environment that promotes growth, self-reliance and hope.

  • Jennifer Gadea, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, MA, LMFT

Works with: Children, Adolescents, Young Adults, and Family

I am a bilingual (Spanish/English) licensed therapist with experience supporting young adults in alcohol and drug rehabilitation, as well as children who have experienced trauma. I am especially passionate about working with young adults and children who have faced adversity, including those who are neurodivergent. My goal is to help them find a safe space where they can express themselves freely and learn how to connect and communicate with others. My priority is always to create an environment where clients feel safe, seen, and understood. When it is helpful, I also collaborate with parents to strengthen family connections and provide consistent support for children.

In my work, I integrate empathic listening with both creative and evidence-based approaches. I incorporate music, art, and play, alongside therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy. These approaches help clients explore emotions, process trauma, reduce stress and anxiety, and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others.

I understand that navigating life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming. My role is to provide a supportive, therapeutic space where healing and growth can take root. I welcome any questions you may have about how therapy can best support you or your family.

  • Casie Lopez, MS., LMFT, Supervisor

As a licensed marriage and family therapist and supervisor, the most important thing in therapy is that your child is comfortable, safe, and engaged during therapy. Building a relationship and making sure that your child is comfortable is the best way to true learning and growth and minimizes any stress on your child as much as possible. I also work on the reduction of behaviors that interfere with quality of life, while building replacement skills that increase independence and functioning. My approach is always client-focused. I work with patients on building their self-esteem and problem-solving abilities while empowering them to gain self-awareness on how to navigate their feelings, behaviors, and thoughts.

I have extensive training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). EMDR is a psychotherapy technique that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.

EMDR therapy shows that the mind can in fact heal from psychological trauma much as the body recovers from physical trauma. Using the protocols and procedures learned in EMDR, I help clients activate their natural healing processes.

  • Katie Broedner, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, MA, LMFT

Works With: Children, Teens, Young Adults, Families, Parents & Couples

At the heart of every person is a desire to feel safe, loved, understood, and empowered. Therapy can be a place to feel truly seen and supported while navigating life’s challenges — whether you are a child learning to manage big emotions, a teen discovering who you are, a young adult finding your path, or a couple hoping to strengthen your connection.

I especially enjoy working with children, teens, young adults, and couples as they navigate anxiety, relationships, life transitions, identity development, and personal growth. I love helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and discover the tools they need to feel more confident and connected.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process and that there is no “one size fits all” approach. Every person brings their own experiences, strengths, and story into the therapy room. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges, building on their strengths, and moving toward meaningful change.

My approach incorporates evidence-based and creative modalities, including CBT, ACT, mindfulness, art therapy, and play therapy. I also incorporate Gottman-informed approaches when working with couples to support healthier communication, deeper connection, and stronger relationships.

I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, behavioral concerns, and major life transitions. I also enjoy helping parents and families strengthen communication, connection, and understanding. Above all, I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they build insight, resilience, and a deeper understanding of themselves.

As a therapist, I utilize a variety of approaches including EMDR, attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as art and play therapy. These methods help my clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their world.

Nothing brings me more joy than witnessing clients of all ages transform into confident, mindful, and connected individuals. While therapy can be a vulnerable and challenging process, I strive to create a lighthearted and sincere atmosphere to foster trust and openness.

I have experienced the transformative power of therapy in my own life, and I am excited to embark on this journey with you to discover the amazing changes it can bring.

  • Britney Lopez, MA., Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, AMFT

Works with: Young Children, Adolescents, Co-Parenting, and Families

    Hello, and welcome.

Your child’s well-being is my priority.

I am passionate about helping young children and teens build resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being. I specialize in supporting young children, including foster youth, through life’s toughest transitions and emotional challenges.

I invite parents and co-parents to be part of the process when it feels supportive and helpful, while always keeping the focus on what matters most: your child’s health, growth, and happiness. Together, we create a united and supportive environment where your child can truly thrive.

Whether your child is navigating ADHD, anxiety, grief, or trauma, I’m here to help them build the tools they need to succeed. Reaching out is a big step, but you don’t have to take it alone. I look forward to partnering with you and your family to give your child the future they deserve.

  • Hannah Robinson, MA., Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, AMFT

Works with: Children, Adolescent, Young Adults, Parenting & Family

How do we talk about the hard things? How do we prepare ourselves and future generations for the challenges life will bring? And what does it feel like to be truly supported through every season of life, whether joyful, difficult, or somewhere in between? These are the questions that inspire my work as a therapist.

I have experience working with children, teens, and young adults, and I thoughtfully integrate caregivers into the process when it benefits the client’s growth and well-being. I believe in working together as a team to build the strongest support system possible, tailored to the needs of each client. I also support clients navigating religious or spiritual struggles, identity questions, and other deeply personal challenges that can impact overall well-being.

Life can be hard, but it does not have to be hard alone. I invite you to reach out so you or your loved one can receive the understanding, care, and support you deserve.

  • Macy Ciota, MA, AMFT, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Group Facilitator

Works with: Young Children, Children, Adolescents, Teens, and Therapy Groups

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and taking the first step is often the hardest. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience. Finding a therapist who makes you and your child feel safe, understood, and supported is one of the most important parts of the healing process.

I am passionate about working with children and teens as they navigate life's challenges. Whether they are struggling with anxiety, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, family conflict, social skills, making and maintaining friendships, communication difficulties, or challenges at school, I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where they can build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and feel empowered to be themselves.

As a Group Facilitator, I love helping children and teens experience the power of connection through group therapy. Groups provide a safe space where they can build friendships, practice social skills, improve communication, gain confidence, and realize they are not alone in what they are experiencing. Watching children support one another and grow together is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

My goal is to help every child and teen feel seen, heard, and understood while providing the tools they need to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. I look forward to partnering with your family and supporting your child on their journey toward healing, growth, and lasting positive change.

  • Iridian Ruiz, MA, ACSW, Associate Clinical Social Worker

Works with: Young Children, Children, Adolescents, and Teens

"You need therapy." It's something many people hear from family, friends, or even themselves, and let's be honest, it doesn't always feel good. Therapy has long carried a negative stigma, but I believe it's one of the greatest forms of self care and personal growth. Asking for support isn't a sign of weakness. It's a sign that you're ready to better understand yourself and create the life and relationships you deserve.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you've never experienced it before. Opening up to someone new takes courage, but therapy isn't about having all the answers. It's about giving yourself the opportunity to explore your thoughts, understand your emotions, and make meaningful changes at your own pace. Like anything worthwhile, healing takes work, but you don't have to do it alone.

I am passionate about working with adolescents, teens, and young adults who feel stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected. Whether you're struggling at school, navigating friendships, managing anxiety, building confidence, or maintaining healthy relationships, my goal is to help you discover your strengths, find your voice, and become the person you want to be. If you're ready to invest in yourself, I'd love to help you take that first step. Give us a call and let's begin your journey together.
